In just a few hours, the SF-25 will take to the track for the first time on Ferrari’s home circuit, Fiorano. Ferrari will have a filming day to cover 200 kilometres of their 2025 challenger. This week’s running will serve as preparation to ensure the team is ready for Bahrain testing, when kilometre will matter ahead of the opening round.

Much like every year, a large audience is expected to follow the unveiling of the official SF-25. Tomorrow’s event will follow the social media posts Ferrari are set to release after the F175 event.
Enthusiasts who watch from the historic ‘bridge’ will be the first to see Charles Leclerc behind the wheel of the SF-25. His work program that will begin approximately at 9.30 in the morning (local time).
From there, the Monegasque will have the whole morning to complete his allocated 100km. It will be an important chance for Leclerc to get up to speed in the SF-25.

During the lunch break, the mechanics on the track will change the SF-25’s seats and prepare everything perfectly so that Lewis Hamilton can take over from the Monegasque in the afternoon.
Of course, Hamilton will take to the track in the afternoon – where he will also complete 100km in the SF-25. This will be the first and only track time that drivers have before Bahrain testing begins. Because of this, their initial feedback and sensations are crucial.
The most important thing, especially for the engineers, will be to fine-tune the procedures and verify that everything is working correctly. Alongside this, capturing initial driver feedback is essential.
In terms of performance, there will be very limited data to gather in Fiorano. That will come next week in pre-season testing.
