Next week will be a very important one. We will witness the first presentation show of a Formula 1 season – called F175 – to celebrate 75 years of F1. The event will be held at the O2 Arena in London next Tuesday.
On this occasion, all teams will be called to show their official livery. Presentations will feature drivers to the 13,000 people present in the arena, as well as those watching from home.
Because teams are mandated to show their liveries at this event, McLaren and Williams used one-off colours for their filming days this week.
Original plans change and adapt to Formula 1 schedule: filming day on the same day as Ferrari
After going to Imola for a series of TPC (Test Previous Car) with Yuki Tsunoda and Isack Hadjar, the Faenza team had scheduled the next appointment for Monday 17 February. Originally, this was supposed to be the debut of the VCARB02, the first filming day of the season.
Racing Bulls still have 200 km of running scheduled for their filming day at the Dino Ferrari circuit. However, the team led by Laurent Mekies have decided to change the date.
The Racing Bulls have been discussing their roadmap for the 2025 season for some time.
Unfortunately for the Italian squad, the F175 event has ended up slightly upsetting their plans.

Racing Bulls never planned to film with a one-shot livery, so to avoid possible problems with Liberty Media, which has requested exclusivity on the 2025 liveries for the London event from all teams, the Red Bull-affiliated team has decided to change the day of the VCARB02 filming day.
It would have been too risky to show up with the current year’s livery on a circuit like Imola, where it is very likely that some stolen photos will appear on the web.
RV will therefore meet again on Wednesday 19 February, again on the Santerno circuit, to complete the VCARB02’s first laps of the season. This is the first of two filming days available in the season.
This is the same day Ferrari will take to the track for the first time with the SF-25 at Fiorano.
Fred Vasseur’s team will complete their first laps with their 2025 car in Italy – 24hrs after releasing images on social media.
